Wear your costume to dance class all week, but ensure it allows full movement throughout every lesson — test arm, leg, and torso mobility before class. Wear tights and a leotard under your costume. Students must still wear the correct footwear for each class, and any accessories that could cause injury should be left at home. If your costume restricts movement or compromises safety, bring an alternate outfit that meets dress code.
