Julie is a lifelong dancer and classically certified Pilates instructor. As a former member of New Jersey Ballet’s junior company, she performed the leading role of “Clara” in NJ Ballet’s opening night performance of The Nutcracker in 2018. While at New Jersey Ballet, she performed a range of classical works including Giselle, Paquita, La Esmeralda, and Sleeping Beauty. Julie has attended summer intensive programs at the School of American Ballet and Ellison Ballet in NYC, where she refined her technique and developed her individual artistry.

In 2022, Julie graduated from the ballet department at Indiana University, regarded as the country’s leading university ballet program. While at IU, she discovered the transformative benefits of Pilates through required weekly classes. These benefits included strengthening her technique, improving alignment, and preventing injury. Julie went on to pursue a 600 hour classical Pilates certification through Power Pilates in New York City. Her passion involves helping her students to move with strength, clarity, and confidence!
